Joo Won admitted that he had.
"If I say there aren't any feelings, then that would be a lie," said the actor, who recently filmed the drama "Good Doctor," the movie "Catch Me," and is now performing in a musical version of the film "Ghost."
If the interviewer had to ask that question, it's obvious not much research was done. Joo Won has in the past admitted to developing feelings for two of his co-stars.
When asked about Uee, he once said, "As I saw myself falling deeper into my character's feelings for Uee, I saw it happen in real life also. I became more curious about her. At that time, in that situation, if just one of the two of us had made up our minds and made a move toward the other, we could have been a real-life couple."
And there was the time he was rumored to be dating Choi Kang Hee. He admits that he had better chemistry with her than any of his previous co-stars. The two were very affectionate on set.
"We had a lot of scenes together," said Joo. "So we just practiced our lines together until filming, and this allowed me to memorize my lines without having to put much effort into it. Towards the end, we had the best chemistry and all of the staff recognized it too. I was very satisfied with it."

Joo Won obviously sees some of his female co-stars as women. He was disappointed that Choi Kang Hee did not like him but he recovered, saying it would be okay as time passed. He and Choi have remained friends.
