Actor Joo Won's and Co-star Moon Chae Won's distinctive acting compliments one another's confession.
On the afternoon of 15th October, at a cafe in Seoul, Gangnam, Nonhyeon-dong, Joo Won sat down for an interview, sharing his first impression of his on-screen partner, Moon Chae Won. "Actually, when we first met, I thought that I wouldn't be able to warm up to Chae Won Noona. When I saw her on videos and television, I felt that Noona was quite soft spoken, I even thought she may have a very cold personality. But it turns out that it is actually not the case. During the meal gathering after the script reading session, I found out that Chae Won noona was very easygoing."
Joo Won continued,"I'm not sure what was the cause, but we suddenly became very close, during the production press conference we were already very close. Just like how Yoon Seo affects Shi On (Good Doctor's Characters), hanging out with Chae Won Noona makes me feel relaxed and happy."
With regards to the comparison on Joo Won's previous co-star, Choi Kang Hee, Joo Won answered,"It is different being with Kang Hee Noona. Chae Won Noona is very sincere, detailed and careful while Kang Hee Noona is more easygoing by nature. No matter how busy Chae Won Noona is when she is reading her script, she will still scribble some notes. I don't know what does Noona think, but I think Noona is quite similar to her character Yoon Seo."
In the drama 'Good Doctor' which concluded recently, Joo Won played a doctor from the Pediatric Department that suffers from savant syndrome, Park Shi On, winning the hearts of the audiences with his role. He is currently focusing his all into the practice sessions of the musical 'Ghost' which is scheduled to begin in November. Due to his musical practices, his schedule become very tightly packed, forcing him to leave his post as a permanent cast member of KBS2's Variety Show 'Happy Sunday - 2 Days 1 Night' after 1 year and 8 months. He have recently completed his last filming with the variety show on Jeju Island.
